New Remuneration and Reward Topic

Our HR and workplace relation’s experts have created a new ‘Remuneration and Reward’ topic to support Members to design, tailor and implement their own remuneration and reward strategy. 

This new area offers employers a comprehensive range of tools, resources and support over four sub-topics. To assist Members in accessing the right area specific to their needs, content guides have been created to provide a high-level overview of what to expect from the Remuneration and Reward topic and each sub-topic including a summary of individual articles, templates and tools.

 

Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Act 2023

The Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Bill 2023 was introduced to Parliament by the Government on 4 September 2023 and proposes significant changes to the Fair Work Act.  The Closing Loopholes Bill has been split in two. The elements of the Bill that the Senate agreed to were retained in a pared down version of the Closing Loopholes Bill which was passed by the Parliament on 7 December 2023 and received Royal Assent on 14 December 2023. Guide to the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Protecting Worker Entitlements) Act 2023

On 22 June 2023, the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Protecting Worker Entitlements) Act 2023 (Cth) (PWE Act) was passed through Parliament. Ai Group was actively engaged in consultations with the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations regarding the development of the PWE Act. To assist Members, Ai Group has created a guide which provides an overview of the changes introduced by the PWE Act.
