This Member Advice provides important information about:

• Regulations to prohibit the uncontrolled processing of engineered stone through amendment of the Model WHS Regulations. In South Australia the effective date will be 1 September 2023.
• A range of further amendments to the Model WHS laws.
• Public consultation, closing 11 September 2023, on options to broaden the incident notification and reporting requirements in the Model WHS laws, increasing the types of issues that would need to be reported to a WHS regulator.
