As previously advised through NAT 007/24, the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes No. 2) Bill 2024 received Royal Assent on 26 February 2024 (Closing Loopholes No.2 Act).

Members can now access a newly released Ai Group guide to the changes introduced by the Closing Loopholes No. 2 Act and can also attend a series of in-person briefings in March that will cover all of the changes introduced through the ‘Closing Loopholes’ tranche of legislative amendments.
