Significant Workplace Relations Issues Report October 2020: 

The Federal Government is developing a detailed Fair Work Act Amendment Bill that is expected to be introduced into Parliament in late November or early December. The Bill will address issues considered by five working groups that recently met over a 10-week period. Ai Group was heavily involved in all five of the working groups. Ai Group is consulting with Attorney-General and IR Minister Christian Porter during the development of the Amendment Bill and is working hard on Members’ behalf to achieve worthwhile reforms to IR laws.
