He helped multiple clients facing significant financial challenges and helped them to stabilise operations and ensuring long-term value creation. Commencing with financial health check & benchmarking and competitor analysis he works across all pillars of the business to ensure a healthy company growth. He has in-depth experience in financial and operational metrics development and reporting to improve productivity.
With over 30 years as an entrepreneur, Kerry is known for taking Australian-owned organisations to market leadership in industry sectors, including, mining technology, med-tech, consumer durables, and defence. Over the last 5 years, he advised over 150 SMEs and his work resulted in significant financial and operational gains. His expertise extends across Australasia, China, and Southeast Asia and includes working in larger corporates and small to medium enterprises. His consulting work includes developing productivity benchmarks as the driver of strategic initiatives delivering industry competitiveness. His experience in founding and operating successful organisations, which included both on and offshore manufacturing, provides first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by business owners and members of the C. Suite. This allows Kerry to quickly understand pain points and to work closely with clients to implement strategies that deliver results.
Kerry’s multiple industries experience covers all facets of senior management. His specific interests include: The Smiley Curve as the basis for Industry 4 advanced manufacturing, structuring business for growth and strategic turnaround.
Kerry is passionate about driving the growth of Australian industry and uses his in-depth understanding of strategic frameworks to empower organisation to capture competitive advantage.
