Centre for Education and Training Executive Director Megan Lilly, was joined by Professor Peter Dawkins, recent Interim Commissioner, Jobs and Skills Australia and Emeritus Professor at Victoria University, and Associate Professor Peter Hurley, Director Mitchell Institute, to discuss their new book Rethinking Tertiary Education: Building on the Work of Peter Noonan.

The book brings together a range of experts, policy thinkers and researchers to articulate a reform agenda for a more connected and cohesive tertiary education system for the future.
