Ai Group filed this submission in relation to the 'Casual Terms Award Review 2021', in response to a discussion paper published by the Fair Work Commission on 19 April 2021 and other associated matters.

It deals with each of the six awards identified by the Commission as being relevant to its initial consideration of this matter, those being:
(a) The General Retail Industry Award 2020 (Retail Award);
(b) The Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 (Hospitality Award);
(c) The Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award
2020 (Manufacturing Award);
(d) The Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020 (Teachers Award);
(e) The Pastoral Award 2020 (Pastoral Award); and
(f) The Fire Fighting Industry Award 2020 (Fire Fighting Award).
