On 19 April 2024, Ai Group filed a supplementary submission in the Fair Work Commission concerning the Modern Awards Review 2023–24 (Review) regarding the issue of Making Awards Easier to Use. Our supplementary submission identifies modern awards that contain a requirement to 'post’ or ‘display’ a roster (however described), but do not expressly provide that electronic means can be used to distribute a roster. We foreshadowed we would file this information in our Supplementary Submission dated 3 April 2024.
