On 14 April 2024, Ai Group filed a supplementary submission in the Fair Work Commission concerning the Modern Awards Review 2023-24 regarding the issue of Work and Care.
As part of this stream of the Review, the Commission intends to survey employers to gather information about variations to modern awards that may assist in offering employees greater flexibility to balance work and care. Our supplementary submission addresses the Commission's proposed questions for the Employer Survey.
