Following the publication of the Model WHS Regulations and Code of Practice for
psychosocial risks in 2022, Ai Group provided Members with an update on the status of jurisdictional legislation addressing psychosocial risk. As individual jurisdictions make changes or announce their intentions, this Advice is being updated to keep Members informed of progress.

This Advice has been updated to reflect the publication of a model WHS Code of Practice – Sexual and gender-based harassment.
