The Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes No.2) Act 2024 (Closing Loopholes Act No. 2) introduces major changes to the Fair Work Act 2009 (FW Act), including changes to casual employment. The casual employment changes are operative from 26 August 2024.
