From 1 February 2023 the new paid family and domestic leave entitlement in the National Employment Standards commenced for employees other than employees of small businesses. For employees of small businesses, the new paid leave entitlement commences on 1 August 2023. The Government has introduced requirements regarding the information that must not be displayed on a pay slip in relation to the new paid family and domestic leave entitlement. This is a summary document of the current pay slip obligations relating to employees accessing paid family and domestic leave.
