As we move into 2023, still struggling with a global shortage of labour and skills, more businesses are tapping into diverse groups to find the skills they need. In fact many businesses are finding diversity and inclusion is now an essential strategy as they look to fill skills shortages to keep the organisation functioning.

What sort of planning and re-thinking of roles does this new approach need? What factors lead to cultural harmony, a motivated workforce and improved financial returns?

In our March webinar we spoke with HR and diversity leaders from member companies about their skills challenges, their own diversity initiatives and the way these moves have helped with their skill gaps.

We also heard about a current government skills program, Digital Jobs program, which has seen a high percentage of diverse cohorts placed with businesses, and from Ai Group's recent refugee recruit through Talent Beyond Boundaries.
