With progress being steadily made on the vaccine roll-out for COVID-19, there is a great deal of expectation about the availability of a vaccine and what it will mean for employers and employees. This webinar provided an opportunity for an important early insight into the industrial relations implications of the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine, including:

  • The Federal Government’s current position on the mandating of the vaccine for employees;
  • The legal rights that an employer has and the circumstances in which they can be exercised, to require an employee to get the COVID-19 vaccine;
