On 12 March 2024, Ai Group filed a submission in the Fair Work Commission concerning the Modern Awards Review 2023–24 regarding the issue of Work and Care. Our submission responds to a discussion paper and questions issued by the Fair Work Commission in January 2024. Our submission contains proposals for how modern awards can be varied to facilitate the balancing of work and care.
