On 26 April 2024, Ai Group filed a supplementary submission in the Fair Work Commission concerning the Modern Awards Review 2023-24 regarding the issue of Work and Care. The Commission engaged Western Sydney University to prepare a literature review to support this stream of the Review (Literature Review). Our supplementary submission addresses the Literature Review, concluding that it should be given little (if any) weight by the Commission.
