On 26 March 2024, Ai Group filed a reply submission in the Fair Work Commission concerning the Modern Awards Review 2023–24 regarding the issue of Work and Care. Our reply submission addresses various proposals made by other parties in this stream of the Review in response to a discussion paper issued by the Fair Work Commission.
