Ai Group files this submission in reply in response to directions issued by the Fair Work Commission on 13 March 2020. The submission relates to Ai Group’s claim to vary 14 modern awards by replacing the extant payment on termination clause with the ‘model term’ (Model Clause) developed by the Commission.

We continue to rely on our submission dated 21 August 2019 in support of our claim.
