On 2 November 2023, Ai Group filed an application in the Fair Work Commission to vary the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. The application concerns the manner in which the Award applies to the performance of work immediately before and after a sleepover. Ai Group understands that this has been a contentious issue and that there is significant uncertainty in industry as to the proper interpretation of the Award in this regard.
