Member Advice NAT 024/23: Protecting Worker Entitlements Act, announced that the Federal Government’s Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Protecting Worker Entitlements) Act 2023 (PWE Act) had passed through Parliament on 22 June 2023, but had not yet received Royal Assent.

The PWE Act received Royal Assent on 30 June 2023. This advice complements the previous advice by confirming the commencement dates for the amendments.
