In Compliance Advice NAT 104/22 – Proposed Variation to the NSW Transport Industry – General Carriers Contract Determination 2017, Ai Group advised members that the Transport Workers Union (TWU) had filed an application in the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales (IRC) seeking to increase various rates and allowances under the Transport Industry – General Carriers Contract Determination 2017 (GCCD).
The IRC has now determined to vary the rates and allowances in the GCCD as a product of the TWU’s application.
