In New South Wales: seeking feedback on audiometric testing requirements current exemptions, including a short Ai Group poll about whether you are currently doing audiometric testing.

In Victoria: Dangerous Goods Act and Regulations and WorkSafe Victoria Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) Education Program.

Note: the original version of this advice stated that the NSW general exemption from the need to comply with the regulation which requires audiometric testing for workplaces with noise levels above 85dBA began on 1 January 2022 and will end on on 31 December 2022. These dates have since been corrected in the Advice to 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2023 respectively.
