NAT 045/20: Federal Government’s industrial relations reform process:

Following an announcement by the Prime Minister on 26 May, the Government has established five working groups to look at areas of potential industrial relations reform. Each of the working groups will be chaired by Christian Porter, the Attorney-General and Minister for Industrial Relations.

Ai Group is a member of four of the five working groups and our affiliated organisation, the Australian Constructors Association, is a member of the fifth working group. Ai Group has released an initial policy paper putting forward some initial reform proposals within the five areas.
