Research reveals that we all have unconscious biases. The good news is, that with awareness and education, these hidden biases can be managed.

Decision-making is as the mental processes resulting in the selection of a course of action among several alternatives.  Every decision-making process produces a final choice and chances are that some of them are wide of the mark. We are making decisions constantly, and at any one moment approximately 11 million bits of information are hitting our brains – yet only about 40 of them can be understood. In addition, about seven of those 40 can be remembered in the short term.
