This Redundancy Conversation – Notice of Termination (Final Meeting) Script follows consultation, and the Redundancy Conversation (First Meeting) Script. It is designed to help employers hold redundancy conversations with impacted employees when it has been identified that there are no redeployment opportunities and employment will be terminated on account of redundancy.

This script should be used as a guide only and care should be taken to ensure it is tailored appropriately. It is recommended that the leadership team are consulted for approval and preferred messaging on the employer’s rationale and the business case for redundancies.
