This Interview Scoring Matrix can be used to collate scores applied by interview panel members for all applicants for a particular role following the conclusion of all interviews.

An Individual Interview Assessment Form template is also available which can be used to record individual applicant scores by each interview panel member during or shortly after the interview takes place. This Matrix form can be used to collate those scores during a post-interview meeting or by the overseer/HR department when all forms are submitted.

It should be noted that there may be additional selection methods, other than the interview. If this is the case, this form can be adapted to also include the collation of results from other selection methods, such as Psychometric testing, a second interview, work sample tests etc.
