COVID-19 has challenged Australian businesses and employees in many ways. This year many organisations are making the tough decision to cancel their Christmas party and are looking to show their appreciation via other methods. For some organisations, (where their location and restrictions permit) a decision has been made to hold an ‘onsite’ end of year event to show the organisation’s appreciation to the workers.

This checklist can be used by employers as part of their planning and due diligence process when hosting an onsite Christmas party.
