Offer of Employment Letter - Non-Award and Non-Agreement Covered Employee

This sample letter is for an offer of employment to employees who are not covered by a modern award or enterprise agreement. Employers should seek advice from the Ai Group in tailoring this letter and any employment contract to the particular needs of the organisation.
