Conflict in the workplace is unavoidable. Handled well, it can present opportunities for debate, growth and innovation. When it is not handled effectively, the results can be damaging to workplace relationships, team work and productivity.
Supervisors and Managers must be able to proactively manage conflict before it escalates into a crisis situation or becomes unlawful behaviour such as workplace bullying. The ability to recognise conflict, understand the nature of it and to be able to assist in resolving it should be part of the skill set of all leaders.
In this workshop, we will introduce your leaders to the fundamentals of conflict resolution and give them positive strategies and tools to help manage conflict situations in the workplace. The workshop is practical and uses group discussion, personal reflection, individual questionnaires and role plays.
