Module 1: Leadership

This module of the masterclass series focuses on Leadership.

This leadership module will assist you to bring out the best in others by applying and adapting your leadership style and managing the conditions that drive individual and team performance. The follow up coaching opportunities will be tailored to support your needs and prepare you for the next phase of your leadership journey, whether you’re keen to delegate more, empower others or achieve a cultural change.

Over the course of a day, the module will cover:

• What leaders really do: The challenge of combining strong leadership and management.  
• Leading by being mindful: Self-Awareness and Self-Regulation.
• Leading people: Building a supportive and positive organisation.
• Dealing with adversity.

You will walk away with:

• Participants will explore key mindset and behaviours that help the leaders both envision the future and harness the will and skill to change.
• The sessions are built to respond to participants’ real challenges and will be designed to be relevant to participants’ workplace.
• Participants will receive key tools and frameworks for action.

Participant Profile

Typically, participants will be small to medium-sized business owners and managers of business functions.
