Program Overview
This is an advanced Sales Program designed to build strong capability in B2B Sales techniques. This is designed for staff who have existing Sales experience and wish to build advanced skills in this field. Participants will develop an understanding of Solution Based Selling, Communication for Sales, Negotiation Skills, Preparing Proposals, Objection Handling and Account Planning.
This course will:
- Develop a sound understanding of the traits and values associated with sustainable selling between businesses
- Build advanced skills in solution or needs based selling
- Build advanced communication communication skills relevant to B2B sales
- Understand customer personality types and associated sales strategies
- Develop sales based negotiation skills
- Preparing and delivering proposals
- Building advanced objection handling skills
- Introduction to account planning programs
