The Objectives and Targets required of staff is listed in this plan. These are fundamental requirements and tasks, and training and reviews conducted to ensure an effective Safety Management System is in place and effective. Internal audits are conducted against this criteria to monitor that these activities are occurring and effective. Any non-conformances are noted in the right hand columns and Non Conformance Reports are raised and discussed in monthly performance review meetings and closed out.
