The purpose of this Safe Design Risk Assessment is to identify, assess and control any buildability hazards (at pre-construction stage) that may arise during construction and the maintenance/repairs phases of the structure’s lifecycle. Any buildability issues identified will need to be assessed and subsequent control measures transferred across to the Site Risk Register. It should be completed in consultation with workers (and their representatives where applicable) to identify, assess and control hazards.
