A management review meeting allows senior leaders and Company Directors and Officers to meet one of their Due Diligence Obligations for review their Company Safety Management Systems effectiveness. It allows senior management to monitor safety performance and the effectiveness their safety management system. It provides an opportunity to review changes to legislation and impacts on the company. Senior leaders are able to make decisions to influence changes and better risk control measures in their systems. The meeting information is gathered from your monthly safety performance meetings and other inputs such as changing legislation and allows discussion about future planning or resources needed for effective safety management in your company. This template is used as an agenda for topics to be discussed at 6 monthly Management Review Meetings. The secretary preparing for the meeting receives input from staff such as the Safety Manager who monitors the incidents and injuries and non- conformances from audit reports.
