This register is used for tracking of all safety actions. It is used in monthly performance management meetings for site performance reviews. It is used by the OHS Manager or Co-ordinator in charge of safety, to track actions arising from all non- conformances of internal and external audits, hazard reports, incidents, Improvement notices. These are discussed at monthly safety performance review meetings or safety committee meetings with senior management present to make decisions on close out and track the assigned person to close out the action item.
