Legislation requires workplaces have an issue resolution process that is readily available to workers. If issues cannot be resolved at the workplace level, access to external assistance must be provided.
A documented and well-communicated process facilitates the resolution of issues in the workplace. Issue resolution processes can be advertised on noticeboards, and/or on an intranet (if all workers have access to it). It may also be part of a worker handbook and the induction process.
