The Federal Government has just introduced a new regulation to create a more rapid opportunity for employers to seek variations to the terms of their existing enterprise agreements in response to the COVID-19 crisis.

If you have an enterprise agreement that covers your employees, you should be considering whether the terms of that agreement are impacting your ability to manage through the COVID-19 pandemic.
