The Redundancy Communication Plan provides a platform for employers to map required redundancy activities, including their consultation obligations, and to help ensure all steps in the redundancy process are considered.

The tables within the document are designed to assist employers to plan and draft various scripts for announcements and communications with their employees and other appropriate parties as part of the redundancy process. Employers can use the ‘Details’ column to record actions to be taken and/or to draft communications.

To further assist with the consultation process, please refer to the Redundancy Consultation Checklist.
