Our Sample Grievance & Complaints Policy outlines fair procedures for employees to voice their complaints in a constructive way.

When responding to a grievance it is important that an employer can demonstrate that all reasonable steps have been taken to prevent discrimination, harassment or bullying from occurring. What constitutes reasonable steps may vary depending on the circumstances, including the size of the organisation.

Training is recommended for most organisations and would be considered essential in larger organisations.
