Any new or revised policy needs to be introduced to employees. The following Memo to Employees Attaching New/Revised Policy can be used by employer’s to make employees aware of a new or revised policy when a signature from the employee acknowledging they have read the policy is not required.

It is recommended that employees always be asked to sign and return the following policies:

  • Discrimination, Harassment & Bullying Policy
  • Drug and Alcohol Policy
  • Security Policy.
