Employee requests for flexible working arrangements are increasing as employers and government realise the importance of catering to various employee needs.
The Fair Work Act 2009, along with other state and federal anti-discrimination legislation, includes a right for eligible employees to request flexible working arrangements from their employer. Whilst many requests may not be covered by the law, employers can apply our Workplace Flexibility Request Process to achieve best practice.
