21/07/2017 Based on interpretations made by the Ai Group, the Fair Work Ombudsman and most other parties the accrual of personal/carer's leave when on Workers' Compensation information has been updated. The summary now states that employees in Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, Western Australia, Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory do not accrue personal/carer's leave when on a Workers' Compensation absence.
