The National Employment Standards require employers to issue a “Fair Work Information Statement” (the Statement) to all new employees. The Statement provides new employees with information about their conditions of employment and can be given to them:

  • in person
  • by mail
  • by email
  • by emailing a link to our website
  • by fax.

This Statement is issued by the Fair Work Ombudsman
