Roger is sought after as a speaker on Innovation, Opportunity and Business Development, is the author of four books, and a Director and former CEO of the Innovation Centre of Victoria (INNOVIC).
A serial inventor, Roger is also responsible for a number of successful technology start-ups, holds a number of patents and in 2004 was a regular panellist on the ABC New Inventors TV program. In 2005 he was appointed to the "Chair of Innovation" at “The Queens University" in Belfast.

A telecoms company with a huge maintenance problem that showed the need for several staff to be involved in a single fault restoration. With the problem identified and quantified we developed and commercialised a new product where the telecom authority equipped every repair person with the item with the repair time efficiency gain providing payback for the product in just 10 working days.
Number plate theft from card where even conventional one-way screws were being breached. On examining the issue, we work with Authorities to develop a simple fastener that cannot be drill out nor removed without the use of power tools. These have been purchased by the Government.
A motel chain looking to increase occupancy on weekends. A single workshop revealed the opportunity, (confidential) that is now being used by a major chain to increase occupancy. It cost nothing to implement and it works.
