Paul has had a long career in senior management and directorship roles having led a broad range of strategic and operational functions focussed on sales, manufacturing, distribution and application of technical products into the commercial, industrial and residential building services sectors.
With a special interest in developing people and teams to reach their potential and achieving exceptional outcomes much of Paul’s effort has been on fostering and growing dynamic customer focussed business models that provided the underpinning for sustained business growth.
Building on team culture and values to achieve best possible customer satisfaction has been a constant driver, as has developing action oriented strategies that align with the current market environment and future trends, i.e. nurturing a continuous improvement culture, innovation guided by 3 Horizons strategic thinking and agile development methods for launching new product and market initiatives.
Paul’s qualifications include a trade background and tertiary degree in Business Management and Administration. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has experience in both private company and NFP boards.
Paul played a strong hand in building a small family company to a large multinational enterprise crossing diverse market and industry sectors across Australia, NZ and SE Asia turning in excess of $130M revenue.
He has also led significant change management projects including the implementation of a group-wide CRM system aimed at consolidating several separate business units and setting the foundation for sustainable growth across various industry sectors.
