Michael has extensive leadership and staff management experience along with a passion for helping individuals and businesses to overcome challenges and find new, strategic ways forward.
His strengths are utilising his creativity to solve complex problems, with great communication skills and a natural ability to network and create positive business relationships and connections.
Michael has expertise in brand strategy, developing and communicating a vision and simplifying business to improve productivity.
Michael holds a Degree in Business Management and has qualifications in both Leadership and Project Management, he’s currently undertaking the AICD Company Directors course.
Michael believes his greatest education has come from the ‘doing’ in his career which has included starting, growing, operating and selling businesses.
The Entrepreneurs' Programme provides eligible SMEs with free expert advice and grant funding to improve business growth and competitiveness, solve R&D and technology needs and improve capability to participate in domestic and global supply chains.
