Hal is a business consultant with a background in manufacturing, primarily with family owned businesses. His career started with a cadetship with Fisher & Paykel.
From there he has undertaken management roles involved in manufacturing and distribution companies, including being GM role at Beefeater BBQs. He has worked with SME clients in the service industries, manufacturing, agriculture and health sectors.
Hal is hands, assisting companies not only identify where they want to be but actively gets involved in projects to get them there. He has a business degree with majors in accounting & information technology.
Company’s profitability wasn’t where it should have been. Analysis by product type and sector revealed low margin areas, enabling a change of product mix and production.
