Damon has over 30 years' experience in commerce across a diverse range of industries, including agriculture (growing and export), supermarkets, rail transport, construction, forestry and manufacturing (timber industry).
Damon has strong business modelling, strategic planning, acquisition, restructure, synergy, integration and cash flow management expertise. His career includes major business system upgrades, change management and business reviews. These are some of the skills which he looks forward to sharing with new clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a Fellow of CPA Australia, and is a Justice of the Peace. He was a Director of the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for four years and a Tasmanian Divisional Councillor for CPA Australia over three years.
He has a particular interest in ensuring SME’s adopt excellent cashflow management procedures, meaningful systems & reporting and develop leadership within their organisation.
