Geoff has over 30 years’ experience in financial and senior management roles with broad industry experience including precision engineering, automotive components, mining, health and contract manufacturing of therapeutics, cosmetics and industrial products.
As General Manager for various manufacturing companies (including SMEs and a listed company) he has had responsibility for the finance, sales, production, logistics, IT and HR/OHS functions.
He has significant expertise in financial and management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, business development, lean manufacturing, procurement, process and systems improvement (including ERP), supply chain and inventory management.
Geoff has worked with manufacturing businesses undergoing significant change, including growth and expansion through acquisitions and plant relocations, as well as those under significant strain.
He understands the challenges they face such as developing achievable strategic plans, remaining competitive in a global market, skills shortages, succession planning, cashflow management, leadership development and managing legacy systems.
As a Business Advisor, Geoff leverages his strong financial and broad operational experience to understand operational drivers and their financial impacts and develop practical, strategic and operational solutions.
