The major parties competing in the 2019 Federal Election have been announcing a wide range of policies that they will seek to implement, from tax to energy to workplace relations and beyond. Many of these policies would have direct impacts, positive or negative, on Ai Group members – and many of the rest will have indirect impacts through the Budget and the state of the economy.

While Ai Group does not intervene in elections, we do keep track of what’s promised so that we can be in the best position to advocate for industry's needs whoever wins. This election we're making our policy tracker directly available to members to provide a one-stop shop where you can see what's proposed in areas that matter to you. The list includes links to the underlying commitments so you can chase down more detail where necessary.

Ai Group will continue to update this tracker throughout the campaign, so be sure to check back for more information – and let us know if there are announcements we’ve missed!
